CAP 11 Non-invasive imaging of deep tissue dynamics with diffusing-wave spectroscopy: Improving spatial resolution and sensitivity to deep tissue layers with pathlength-resolved experiments



The present project aims at finalizing the ongoing work on developing a pathlength-resolved experiment for improving the spatial resolution and the sensitivity to deep tissue layers in diffusing-wave spectroscopy (DWS). Specifically, we plan to implement a multispeckle detection using a fast gated area detector and to characterize the systems characteristics on phantom experiments.
