The effects of ancestral plasticity and genetic assimilation on convergence and the diversification of East African cichlid fishes
Description
Im Projekt wird das Ausmaß von phänotypischer Platizität im Schlundkiefer von jeweils einer Fluss- und Seepopulation von drei Arten Afrikanischer Buntbarsche untersucht. Dies ermöglicht Rückschlüsse auf den Einfluss von Plastizität auf Artbildungsprozesse bei diesen Fischen.
